Basic Guidelines for a Healthy - Raw, Organic - Diet.

(1) Drink lots of filtered water. All day, everyday.
         Studies state that hydration can lower chances
         of developing cancer by 60-70%.

(2) Eat lots of raw, organic vegetables.
         Dark, green leafy vegetables;
         Cruciferous vegetables;
         Leafy greens (salads);
         All other vegetables

(3) Eat raw, organic fruits.
         Tropical fruits;
         Berries;
         All other fruits

(4)  Eat lots of raw, organic salads.
         Diverse salad greens, esp lots of color;
         Bean sprouts;
         Add diverse vegetables;
         Add healthy fats (eg olives, avocado, cold pressed olive oil)

(5) Drink lots of organic, fresh juices.
         Green juices;
         Wheatgrass juices;
         Vegetable juices;
         Fruit juices.

(6) Eat healthy fats each day.
         Avocado;
         Coldpressed olive oil or other healthy oils;
         Olives;
         Durian;
         Coconut & coconut water.
         Soaked nuts.
         Sprouted seeds.

(7) Eat healthy protein sources each day.
         Dark green leafy vegetables;
         Sprouted beans;
         Sprouted quinoa;
         Spirulina;
         Sprouted grain breads.
