Basic Guidelines for a Healthy - Raw, Organic - Diet. (1) Drink lots of filtered water. All day, everyday. (2) Eat lots of raw, organic vegetables. (3) Eat raw, organic fruits. (4) Eat lots of raw, organic salads. (5) Drink lots of organic, fresh juices. (6) Eat healthy fats each day. (7) Eat healthy protein sources each day.
